Description
Just a couple of close ups of a male and female cardinal. I will post full shots tomorrow. :)

These are magnificent. I know someone who has been waiting to get a good shot of a cardinal for months and it just hasn't panned out. And here you are with 2! Very detailed and excellent presentation.

Mrs Lubner: I can relate to that. It took me a good year to get good shots of cardinals. They are very elusive birds. I finally found a way to some good shots. I parked my car near a tree that I knew they frequented, set up my tripod inside the car, openened the window .... and quietly waited. Sure enough they showed up, and I was able to get several quality shots.

Gasp! Well, that puts my bird for today straight into the recyle bin. :) Mercy, what wonderful clarity and detail. Setting up the tripod in the car... now ~that I would have like to have seen. :) Wonderful detail, can't wait to see the full shots.

Excellent clarity in these close ups! It is amazing how close you get to them. I'd like to see the EXIF data along too. The colors are just as good and a very pleasant display well presented.
