I like the rippling and sparkling of the water. And, strangely, I like the soft-plastic look of dragon (left thigh and wings) and lady. The sort of plastic toddlers' toys are made from, although they shouldn't stick them into their mouths.

Nice posing and water splashes. The only thing that need a little bit of improvement are textures on the dragon. If you add a bump map (0.1-0.2 strength) it would look much more realistic. Very nice image though. :)
