It's the Spaghetti Romance scene from Lady and the Tramp! (I always thought those dogs had digestions of iron;-) And you know Mr. Puggles will want every one of those biscuits, and the leftovers will be put, all soggy, on the doormat or in your shoes;-0 This is darling!
