Below is a short poem I composed while visiting the USS MISSOURI in Pearl Harbor, HI. Taken Jan 24, 2005, while attached to USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN 76). Thanks for viewing.
Her decks once held a thousand men
And held her foes at bay
Her guns once gave a thunderous shout
Throughout her duration stay
