Description

From a distance, it looks like this very large water tank is wearing one of those Chinese hats they wear when out in the sun. It obviously is a very BIG hat. This is an interesting project that the city of Hobbs, New Mexico, is doing. They are refurbishing this water tank, and it is midwinter, so they keep it covered on top. On really bad days, the ropes you see hanging down are connected to a large curtain that completely encloses the water tower like a giant shower curtain. I just thought it was funny looking, and this is the first day in several weeks that we had a nice blue sky and consistent lighting to capture it. Kind of documentary in nature. Not a work of art here, but I always appreciate any and all comments. Good day, all.
