AlooooooooHa! Hey guys and gals....hope everyone is safe and warm where ever you are. Been really windy here lately as a precursor to a rain storm. Power has been shaky for the last week, many outages during this week. But we take it in stride and know it could be worse... Here is my last installment of this reef walk. I just wanted to point out one thing about this series just in case you haven't noticed it in the last images. The reef that I am standing on is about 10-15 ft. above the water. When you look to the horizon although it looks level with the reef in actuality I am standing above sea level. Another thought I take away from this day...No matter how crappy and dismal the day looks, if you wait for it long enough the right light may come along. It may be but for a brief moment, but how glorious it can be sometimes. I can't tell you how nice it is that you guys take the time to comment. There is a lot of moods in here. Just fantastic to see the rain coming down in horizon.Well...in your photo. Not a big fan of rain.One thing you have quite the talent for is using the frame to the best advantage. Nice work Dave.

Well - am glad to say I'm safe - just ditched some nasty tornadoes, that flattened a couple of hundred homes in the neighborhood down here in Florida... Great image - fantastic colors and composition!!!

We had a lot of wind and bad weather around here to recently...like Klaus says...maybe related to your storms somehow? Anyway, the dramatic sky really makes this image stand out...hope you headed home soon after taking this! :) Aloha.
