Description

this is a wildlife management area but I forgot the name. Panaca is a very small town 15 miles from the Utah State line.something very weird in Panaca and I may post it later. from erosion there is a very small diameter mesa, but the color is what makes it weird-green thanks for viewing and any comments

At first the road bothered me..sort of blocking my view. But then...I think it adds to the image. Now it is more than another landscape shot. Good job!

I like the road, a contrast to the natural look of the landscape. This is a fantastic capture and the trees ringing the water are beautiful in their silvery color.

Dear Richard, Nevada is always a study in contrast - and full of surprises!!! We don't think of green much in association with it, yet you can drive from the Las Vegas strip up to Lee Canyou and not only find green, but snow, too!!! The odd thing is that many desert areas are green after a rain. I've always loved the west Texas deserts that explode in wild flowers for a short period of an infrequent rain. Magic is where you find it!! Including a lovely little tree lined lake like this in the midst of a "wasteland!!!" Beautiful photograph!!!!!!! Love ya!!!
