Hi all Thanks for the great comments and crits on my previous submission, please don't hold back on telling me my failings or i'll never advance in my quest for world domination and supreme divine right to rule :) This was my entry for the Vue comp, there was only 4 and I still came 5th, obviously not trying for realism and most of the plants were placed by hand, like you couldn't tell, the lighting bolt is an upsidedown dead tree LoL with most of the branches off screen I really enjoyed this, just had fun for a change instead of beating myself up. Sorry forgot to mention the awesome UG from 3D Universe freebie on their site. And Stonehenge by Zeta3DStudios off site but can be seen here under stefyzz. Have a good un and don't forget to smile. The lighting here is most excellent. I love UG! He's such a sexy guy! Really excellent veggies and composition. I like the fire. It's a cute image. Sorry you came in fifth. :(

You've got some really great detail going in your foreground/midground. Very nice use of some advanced lighting model, IBL? I can't keep up with them all. ; ) Two things that I think kind of throw the picture off, the black lightining (or is it a tree branch) and the size of the dragon. Without any overlap he kind of gets lost in space and his scale becomes ambiguous. Is he a tiny dragon in midground or huge and deep in the background. I think the latter and would suggest bringing him closer so he's partially occluded by the henge. There's my 2. You're an excellent artist and don't need my kibbutzing. cheers, don
