Just bought Carrara 5 Pro and this is the first experiment.

Many thanks to you all for your encouraging comments.This seems to be a powerful piece of kit. A word of warning though think carefully before setting the quality of render to 'best'.I did and cancelled the render after 10 hours and this was an image with one element in it!!This image was rendered on the 'fast' setting so I'll be checking out the 'best' setting when my laptops got 10-15 hours to spare. :-)))

It is a great ap and I love this scene. I've used it myself a few times. Probably one of my favourites that's included. Can't say I've tried the best settings yet. the normal seem to be pretty fine. Have fun.

Yikes! These renders are amazing. Soon we won't have to leave the house to go on holiday! I think perhaps it needs someone stood on top of the hill in the foreground to give it that extra 'wow' factor? Look forward to the next 'experiment'. You're a quick study, obviously!!!
