Description

While driving home from work, I happened to see someone's creative rock balancing act. Of course I had to pull over and capture this wonderful scene. I was amazed how sturdy it was, because it was raining and the wind was blowing really hard too... So I guess I'll call it strength in balance... Ok, I know most of you don't check out the forum very often, but there's a fun thread, that kind-of reminds me of a scavenger hunt, and that is Simon Says. It's fun to see what everyone can come up with on a particular subject. Please check this out... and join in the fun... Thanks, Akemi http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?thread_id=2683930">Click

Oh yeah. I would have too. Always something to do at the shores and beaches. As far as the photo, you got the right portion in the frame. Have a nice week coming up.

Very creative idea and a double take on art, on the rocks and balancing it on the image. Well done.

I have never seen rocks like this outside of Hawaii....it is common practice here to see piles of lava rock like this on the side of the roads, beaches, and any where lava is, which is everywhere. This looks much cleaner as it has a more symmetrical shape to the rocks....Nice find and shot! Aloha~

Nicely composed image. Out here in the country, where there's an abundance of interestingly shaped rocks lying around, these types of rock piles can be seen all over (we've constructed a couple on our property). They're called cairns, which I think is a British or Scottish term...

Excellent photo, not only with the originality of the subject, but also perfectly composed in the frame, at the best point, with a nice soft pallette of tones ! Subtile and suitable framing too.

There you go again! How many phographers would have passed this by and not realize there was something there? I stll say you need a "good eye" to be a real photographer. Awesome job
