A good start ,..but there r some comments to improve: 1-u will need to work with any kind of GI (indirect illumination) like radiosity or vray or mental ray GI to give it more realism 2-it would be better to put an IES files that would give it more realism and more aesthetical value,..and would be better to generate ur own IES file with IES generator 3-The shot its self needs HDRI effect to anchor ur foreground with the back ground 4-The shot need to be more wider to be more conceptual rather to be this perceptual image, beside don't put obstacles infront of it like the wooden pillar 5-the UVW of the wood needs to be rotated 90 degrees to mimic the real life techniques in cutting the wood 6-Turning on soft area shadows would make it stunning image 7-try lighting on the water pool u got in ur design ,..this would be professional lightscape 8-In night views it would be better to turn on lights inside the building even for a little, remember this is not a museum ,.this is residential uilding 9-I know the classic style and building design might not be urs so i won't talk about it much but try to take another shot from another angle ,..to show the beautiful part of the building 10-Finally try to brighten the exposure of ur image more or put a gamma correction,..this would make it another image. Good luck and show us more or ur work,,....;-))
