The first sign of Rabies usually is a change in behavior. The early symptoms of rabies tend to be subtle, and last 2 - 3 days. The second "mad dog syndrome" phase lasts 2 - 4 days and includes following symptoms, Dilated pupils (your creature has this symptom), Disorientation, Constant growling or barking, Erratic behavior, Episodes of aggresion, Seisures, Trembling and muscle incoordinaton. The third, or "Paralytic Phase" includes the following sypmtoms, Appearance of choking, Dropping of the lower jaw, Drooling or foaming at the mouth (your creature again) and Paralysis of the jay, throat and chewing muscles. I think it is a very cute fractal creature, and I'm not saying he has Rabies. I cannot diagnose it because I am not a doctor or a vet. I just want to make sure you are aware of the symptoms of Rabies, just in case.
