A quite intriguing shot. I assume the colour in the eye is postwork. On the other hand perhaps the eye is in its original colour, with the rest reduced to monchrome. I knew one family, many years ago, all of whose children had one green and one brown eye. As children we agreed that this was a mark of distinction. This window to the soul looks very peaceful.
