Description
I'm a bit tired of the dull winter, so I felt like making something with lots of greenery and a (virtual) scent of summer :)
Loose interpretation of a picture in the photos section (old one), focus on vegetation / tree design and overall mood.
Toolbox: Vue 5 Infinite, Onyxtree, Xfrog, Bantam3D grassmaker. Trees and vegetation are a mix of species made in the Vue plant editor and objects made with the other programs mentioned.
- Extensive work with layered and clipped terrains for ecosystem control.
"Blackberry Fence" by "zippy" - thanks a lot.
1.15 hr render in "Broadcast" with global ambience. Levels correction, framing and signature with Photoshop.

Another fantastic piece of work.

My goodness. Never seen my hedge done that way before! Looks really good. Only one thing spoils this beautiful picture...those bits of unrealistic emerald green grass. I think you could vastly improve this lovely picture by making it lighter and add some mid to far distance haze. I know Vue can do that. The scene reminds me of a wonderful river where I used to go fishing a lot.
