Good setup. Some things I hope aren't taken as overly critical. Your shadows are far too strong. You could soften those up a little. Something about the skin makes her look diseased to me. The eye reflections, and the reflection on the glasses is great. It is actually something I am using in an image I am working on now, so I can really appreciate it. Depth of field is also well done, as well as hair and expression.
