Description

A friend emailed me web pictures of a contest where people painted various creatures on hands. I instantly wondered if Bryce could do it. Actually, it would have been easier just to paint my own hand. Took a zebra map I had from Dedicated Digital and applied it on a hand, then went through mapping modes and pulled and pushed the offset controls until it looked right. Painted over a lot of the edges and made a few of my own, then painted the eye in. Cyclorama background.

What happened when you tried mapping the texture as World Space? I would have thought you could do that and then just move the hand into position...tiling might kill it I guess but...hmmm...

Excellent. I loved those pix. Now, can you make us a kitty cat? ;o) All of those hands were very unique. You have captured the true flavor of them. Bunny

Easier if you had actually painted your own hand? I'm sure that's true. That's why my palmpad is, well, ballpoint markings on my actual palm. Grin.

I saw the same web pages I'm sure, they were awesome as is this one. Only you would tackle this, and I'm glad you did - what fun.
