Description

Some of you asked to see more of the natural Ice Sculptures I shot when shooting "Entombed". So.... I made a little collage. Please view large version for maximum enjoyment. The smaller version just doesn't cut it. Hope you like it. John

really beautiful shots. I often take similar sorts of photos-- I love the shapes after an ice storm-- but have never achieved anything of this calibre. Elegant, and technically this is an extremely tricky subject to photograph well, and you have.

These really are impressive! Thank goodness it was near a lake shore and not right outside your front door! That's some major ice buildup there and what beautiful ice sculptures Mother Nature created! Very nicely captured and thank you for the large full-size, excellent views!

absolutely stunning captures. when I was traveling to Nevada 3 weeks back so many trees in Texas was loaded with ice.I wanted to take a picture but afraid to stop and it was snowing with 25-30mph wind
