Nice and valuable capture! Bravo for that! The frame does not really work - it's a tad to huge and playful - hence distracting from the image. And the image itself could profit from some postwork, to bring out more details!

my first reaction was that with a beak that size this must be a fish eagle. then i looked at your previous pic, and i think what you have here is an immature Bald Eagle. if you look at http://www.eagles.org/all.html you can see a pic of an immature Bald next to a Golden, which is a much more streamlined bird with a different head...or so it seems to me.
