Very creative, with nice depth & a feeling of mystery. But I find the ladder jarring & out of place (& not in a good, surreal way). I'm not sure that the ladder really needs to be there at all, but if it does, it needs to be more carefully positioned & integrated into the image. IMHO, anyway...
