G'day.
Yep, its a statue/work of art located west of Melbourne on the new park near the docklands. Its a vey big sculpture and each of the cup ended rods turns around the main circle structur.
On a windy day its just awsome when its spinning real fast.
It reminds me of a sundew in the garden.
