Blender is an excellent piece of software. There is alot to it, but its not really complicated at all. Keep this up and you'll have little trouble.

Good start! This pic will be even better if you use caustics and photon lights... Maybe we could see an updated version once you are more proficient? It is fun to keep discovering new things in Blender. Carry on!
