Photography has pretty much changed my life, in that, I look at every little thing differently now. I get so much pleasure being outdoors and finding new things to photograph. It gives me a tickle inside! I love the birds and flowers and all of nature so much. Sharing these treasures with all of you is very much a pleasure too. I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I enjoy taking them! This has been one of the most fun things I ever done... joining this community, it's given me more courage and confidence to explore what I really love to do... A BIG HUGE THANKS to all my friends here!!!!!!

Sometimes when we are generous in small, barely detectable ways it can change someone else's life forever...

This is one of those images you need to right click on so you can see it all at once. Your compo is perfect! I love the wonderful colors in this and the atmo is so...so...homespun and peaceful, if you know what I mean.Of course, I love the reflection in this, but it's the pastoral setting that really does it for me. Lovely work, Akemi. -M :^)

Beautiful capture, but as a homeowner I can't help thinking about the cost of fixing or replacing those roofs.

Is this the "milk" (oofta! on the sign LOL) farm east of Whidbey Island, and southwest of Mt Vernon? Sure looks familiar to me...ah to be home again. I DO miss it so. Great pic....brings back memories!
