A fantastic photo!! Last year on our cruise the chef de cuisine made every day ice carving on deck to show how he did it, it was amazing to see how in 10 min. a block of ice turned in something wonderful!!! Thanks for sharing!!!Hugs Ute

Rawdon!! oh my you bring back my childhood we use to go there to my aunts home when I was growing up in Montreal awwwwwww--love it and this is so lovely I was in Williamsons business college one year and was a part of the sculpturing they did and it was fun: big 5 ++++++++++++++++++++
