Description

This wasn't intended to be an image I was going to dedicate to anybody at first, but when I was in the middle of my mirror kick last week, Meredith IM'd me and suggested that I do this very thing. Funny thing is I already had it rendered up at the time. *cue Twilight Zone Music* But since I knew she was going on her vacation, I showed her this yesterday...but she doesn't know it's for her here. teehee. :D Everything you see here is a reflection. I've got the camera placed between their heads just far enough forward that you can't see a thing of them. It's something that Christopher and I saw at the Exploratorium when we were there with his Cub Scout pack last November. (though theirs isn't floor to ceiling mirrors, just some on legs to get them high enough to move under easily) What it is is an equilateral triangle made of mirrors. They're currently facing one side of it. It's a really trippy experience...more so than just standing between two and seeing yourself fade off into the distance. And I actually did a small amount of postwork on this one! WOOT! LOL. There was a patch on the back of her right leg that just wouldn't stop poking through the jeans, so I had to clean that up some. I think you can see it if you look close enough maybe, but it came out good enough for me. Maybe if I ever get better at post work I'll have higher standards, but for now it's good. LOL Once more it's Jen's (AGentleMuse) reflective floor prop used here. Stole the Janus and Caitlyn characters from my Valentines image tomorrow to do this. LOL John
