Description

I hope you'll find this room to your liking. Please feel free to come on in and make yourself at home! Bring your favorite book, or your laptop, and enjoy the peace and quiet. So many things to tell you about this one! All of this was modeled by me in Blender with the exception of the statue, which was done by Einzie1, who is a totally awesome human being and a fine artist. This is my most recent 3-D work. I'm all caught up posting my older Blender images! From here on out, you'll see 'em as I finish 'em. Everything up to this point has been pure Blender. This one actually has a tiny bit of Photoshop postwork. Note to Jill: Like the pillow on the chair? Just for you, even before you asked! :) The view out the window is a photo of my garden. I was concerned about the statue and the whole nudity in thumbnails and disclosure thing, so I got a ruling from the powers that be here on Renderosity. Statues don't count. There's no need to post an advisory, and they're okay in thumbnails.

i like the lighting on this scene, but it could use a bit more modeling and materials and fewer textures.

Gorgeous and inviting!! I love the lighting and the modelling is excellent. My moniker is Burpee for Burpee Seeds because I used to love to garden. If I were here, you'd have to take me to see your flowers :)
