Description
Rio is a Rookie Cop and a member of an elite force called 'Team Warrior' she is very money orientated and will take on almost anything to get it...
I sketched Rio from the cover of the Anime DVD 'Burn Up Excess' (orginal character creation by Yugi Ikeda)then scanned into computer Inked in Illustrator 10 then coloured in Photoshop 7, background was added for the sake of putting something there, was from 'SciFi cities' backgrounds for photoshop from the Renderosity market place.
