Description

I'm struggling with this a bit. It's the first key frame of an anim I wish to use in a promo. I feel that I should scrap it and start all over again with more gnarly trees, waterfalls lush flowers etc., Your comments and suggestion will really be appreciated. Everthing done in LightWave. Thanks for viewing

I think it is terrific. Perhaps you could change the sky, put some clouds in it. That might make the castle stand out a little bit.

I think it's great as it is. Nicely detailed in spite of the scene being very complex. I think it's very good really.

When I look at this I carn't help but think how hard it must be to set up diferent atmosphers similar to the one's here. You have a misty castle in the distance and yet still have two misty and clear areas with sun falling at different levels in the fore ground.I loved your first work like this and you have gone one better again.Well done

That must depend on what you want. A darker image, with gnarly trees and more realistic textures, or this beautiful, fairytale dreamscape. All done in LW? This had to be a ton of work, and I, for one, love it as it is. We get lots of the other type. What did you use for the plants? People using Vue5/6 would be hard pressed to come up with a scene as lovely as this.

I'm sure there are all kinds of ways this could be changed; they would then alter the whole mood of the image. This has a sweet, soft, and lush look to it. You could add gnarly trees, etc and it then becomes a new piece. I like this one a lot!!

In honesty this is excellent as is. But then art is from the artists soul and only their soul can tell what is right. I find this a delight as is and more I think would take from the background (castle)... perhaps a fae or fae lights would give it that extra if it's what you are looking for.
