Very cool texture, fog, light and everything. What kind of render engine have you used here?

So I would bet you used UV mapping, 'cause this is so perfect. Did you model the indentation across the middle, or did you p/w the edges just a tad to give it that ridge? (If you tell me you modeled it that way, and the UV map came out right anyway, I'm gonna set up a little shrine to you in front of my computer and worship you daily. I suck at UV mapping.)

the blender internal. i modeled it that way and used an auto unwraping tool in blender 2.43 rc3 and because its based on a spherical object with no complicated topology, the unwrap came out with no overlaps and because i was not applying a position specific texture, i did not have to worry about placement of the parts or deformation too much, just that half of the top half came out with relitively undeformed so that i could map the words.

very simple - and very impressive. great image. i guess removing the two eggs in the background coud make it even a little greater

nah, actualy i think it would throw off the balance of the scene and the distrobution of the eggs would seem to regular and geometrical
