Funny image. I could think of it as a poster on a wall. I wonder if you should try another font: this one doesn't morph and kern too well. And what is affecting the height of the "Instructor" line? You may have done an interesting and good-looking job on the grass and trees, but I wonder if any pupil will notice (the trees). You may be able to spice up the picture by giving up the symmetry of the characters. How about the males posing like "Shall we?" and "Let's do!", and the females reacting to that to each other, like "Look who's joining!" and "I won't have those between me and my monitor!" Or better poses, of course! :-) You might even consider turning the thing into an Animated GIF of two or four frames: action and reaction, male and female simultaneously or sequentially.
