THE LAME CHARACTER FROM SUPERFRIENDS....THEY "HANNA BARBERA" DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR BLACK LIGHTNING.......SO THEY MADE UP THIS CRAP CHARACTER TO BE MULTI-CULTURAL...VERY POOR ATTEMPT.
