Gorgeous shot! Not so "common" when you see them like this! They really are beautiful! We have loads around here too (mostly boat tailed grackles) but when they are in breeding mode, the males are quite flashy! :)

wow this is a lovely grackle. They are neat birds and the colors seem to change in irridescence with the sunlight. Very fine detail in your photo, thanks!

They really are beautifully colored with an eye that is so mesmerizing. Their body structure is stout and strong while their heavy beaks are obviously meant for serious meals. Great shot since I can see all these things from your wonderful photo. :-)
