Description

First off-this is not my photo but ,my nieces in canada she uploaded in my website last summer Around the time she was closing up her pool she came out and seen this little guy and snap a few photos ,he didn't seem to mind at all and my thoughts (which are added)what is he thinking?? I wanted to share it with others because ,I might be all wet (pun intended lol) but this is not something you would see around your pool evryday right ? hope you enjoy it: hugs and thanks for prev,comments when I get around I will be playing catch up on comments it's agravating not to get my ebots: hug to all:

Cute sis... I agree a cute little conversation piece... Their wings would not of dried out in Ky today been a chilly 23 degrees... With a winter weather advisory for tonight.... Blue herons are fearless. I once lived just off Blue Heron Blvd. In Riviera Beach. The whole play of place names and ornithology fixed on a guard shack at Lake Olean State park where a visitor brought in a blue heron with a broken beak from an aligator attack. I have learned to identify the white birds with yellow legs as immature blue herons while the other ones are egrets.

you are right.. i have never seen such a thing by my pool.. i do get the occasional mole who has accidentally drowned himself, or a frog or two... thats about it! lol

Dear Evie, Im sorry Im so late getting by - things have been hectic and Im rushing like crazy this morning!! Im moving to a different training center for tomorrow where I start working on the Citation X!! I just put up a post about my training and about the CJ3 that is pretty neat (if you like airplanes!!!) While Im on vacation and doing pilot training, Im going to need to continue doing a lot of cut and pasting with just a tiny little real comment added!! Im really sorry, but I just dont have the time right now to write my usual wacko stuff! Ill be back on March 3rd!! Better to have herons stop by your pool than some of the visitors we have here on the Texas coast. They were chasing an alligator out of one of the hotel pools down on Galveston islnad a while back!!! Really fun picture and I'm glad that you and your niece collaborated so well on it!!!! Love ya!!!
