Nice work overall, but I noticed a few problems. One is that there's just too much empty space, where there's just water or sky, and nothing to fill in the foreground. And the buildings on the side, the reflective blocks, are just too plain for my taste. The planes you have flying around are also too far away, and it just feels like the image has a lot of wasted space...I'd really like to see those things up close. But I do like the choice of colors, and the design of the distant buildings is very nice. One last tweak I suggest you try would be to mess with the haze sliders in your environment, because if I am assuming correctly, this is a Bryce work. Overall, shows a LOT of promise

if you create some space with low poly objects, very few objects and not much detail, you have to be an expert in lighting and texturing, i suggest you try some more of those for this too look way better, not saying it looks bad, im just saying it can look better,..

)
