I would like you all to meet Itiya: Princess of the Sixteenth Tribe of the Marked and Assassin for Hire. A character from my "Damnation's Edge" concept storyline. I used Daz Studio and Photoshop. Later in the saga, "The Shrouded One (The SO)" hires Itiya to take out Sheriff Billy Ways because she is well trained in using a sword. He also planned on kidnapping her after she completes the job so that he can manipulate the politics on her home planet "Cros". We come to find out that Cros is in a very strategic position on the Charts and because of that, as well as the SO's deception and the way the sheriff helps her become High Queen of the Marked, she will become a very powerful ally in his battle against "The Ones". In the beginning, she is the Princess of the Sixteenth Tribe of the Marked. Of the 57 tribes on Cros only 23 of them hail from the Marked belief. The other 34 are known as the Tribes of the Sacred Wind. The Marked looks down on the Sacred Wind as being weak and the Sacred Wind looks down on the Marked because they cling to the old ways of ascension. What are the old ways you ask? To ascend to the throne of your tribe you must be a decedent of the current tribal ruler and then kill him or her. In Itiya's case, this will be her father: King Budon . She must attain his Honored Blessing during the battle or she will be a Queen without much power or influence within her tribe. Only Kings or Queens of Honored Blessing are permitted to seek the High Throne of the Marked. It is attained the very same way: taking out the current High King or High Queen through brutal frontal assault with the Honored High Blessing bestowed during battle. She is preparing for her fated battle with her father by training, fighting and taking very tough assassination missions. She uses the credits from the missions to survive and to prevent her father from tracking her activities since she does not use the royal coffers, which can be traced. After she defeats her father, she is then "marked" as "Queen of the Sixteenth Tribe" and then quickly challenges the High Queen Vuhi (who comes from the Third Tribe) for her position. Strong, determined and cunning, Itiya proves to be very deadly and powerful; both as an enemy and ally; to Sheriff Ways and his staff. Enjoy.
