RELATIONSHIPS
Listen to yourself from the inside out.
What is it, in your relationships,
that feeds your soul?
What is it that moves you
to joy,
to serenity,
to balance,
to fullness?
Hear the place inside you
which calls out for more of that
particular something . . .
The thing that helps you grow,
that makes you strong,
and brings out more of what you already are.
Who do you create that with?
Who do you love?
Who helps you see that part of you,
your best part,
your honest self?
Honor the friend,
honor the feeling,
but most of all,
honor yourself
for being the kind of person
who knows how to make it happen.
Listen to yourself from the inside out.
Find that part of you
that fits your friend.
Because even when they aren't there,
it's still who you are.
