I know the moon hasn't an atmo but no atmo and a black starfield make it look flat so I used a sky gradient ;-)

I think you've done a fantastic job here Prutz.. That looks like earth in the sky there. You could always use Lewis's atmosphere hack to put an atmo around your moon, it works a treat.

I like this but I think the close view of that area with all the artifacts looks a bit poor. Some artifacts can be OK but this looks a bit messy.

Re:"I know the moon hasn't an atmo but no atmo and a black starfield make it look flat so I used a sky gradient ;-)" What Ive done in the past is create an atmos but set the density LOW 0.2 or lower, it gives relatively the same effect & is easier to manage:) Nice result Martin & "Pastiche" is a word I havent heard for almost 20 years, since Art College :)
