Well this is my first official attempt painting hair in Paint Shop Pro... I did alot of post work on this one hoping it looked alright.
Comment please, I'd really like to know what I can do to improve.

Nice first attempt! Been there myself, still there in fact. Love the individuals shining through, only comment, it looks as if the top half of her head are missing because of the top hair length. Maybe lengthen and add height to it. Good job though!
