Description
One of many images taken over our Summer Racing Carnival and it hasn't finished yet. I have two more days to go. I love going to the races - horses are majestic animals and I likw watching them pre race as they all have their own ways of cantering to the barrier.

Gotta love those horses! They truly are one awesome animal. I too love horse racing as I grew up in a place called Warwick Farm in Sydney. We have our own racecourse there. Where abouts was this taken? The jockey closest looks like a jockey called Jimmy Cassidy who rides here in Australia. Well great capture & well done.....

The image was taken at Elwick Racecourse in Hobart - unfortunately it is not J Cassidy but Brendan McCoull - Craig Newitt who I am sure you have heard of is the jockey in the blue cap
