Description

If anyone has seen my homepage,they know I'm obsessed with the damned tripodic war machines of Well's War of the Worlds. So I like them, so sue me! This one comes from an issue of Amazing Stories with a cover by the artist Frank Paul. His design is very close to the way Wells thought of his machines, I think.

Yes, I like tripods as well. Maybe because they're strange (life on Earth has always an even number of feet so a tripod is a strange concept). Your mechanism looks just great!
