Yes, it is a nice picture with a dynamic pose. But I wonder if such pose is realistic. To me the background looks like the front end of a locomotive, where there would be a narrow path linking both sides, if any at all. Not a place for running or uncomfortably posing - even if the train is standing still. Building on that assumption, though I may be wrong: I would think of the famous picture of Beijing 1989: the single person standing still on the ground while the tank approaches (and moving sideways when the tank tries to pass, but that was beyond the single photograph). I think that the most powerful expression of "Enough!" would have the girl standing in the track, facing us (and looking in control), one hand raised (even without a weapon), and the train coming to a halt behind her - probably indicated by sparks from the breaks against the wheels. (In this suggestion of mine, the train would have one, two or three headlights on. That would complicate the lighting, but you might find a way to have it add power to the picture. Like introducing a lantern that lights her in the current way.)
