Poser was actually designed for clothes designers to preview their clothes on 3d models. then people started using it like you use it, as a drawing assistant. i just use it for porn. this picture is awesome. the style on all your pictures are completely unique. originality is so rare these days.

My understanding, at least based on the Poser 6 box, it was made to aid the creater in drawing, particularly dimensional pics where 3d was really needed. Next thing you know, his little manequin program became a full fledged rendering and animating tool. But back on topic, that is a cool pic, very origional and unusual.

You're quite right - the earliest versions of Poser were as a digital replacement for the wooden artists manikin - my, how things have developed! Great dynamic image!
