Description
I was trying to capture realistic ice with this render. Took several tries, and as you will notice, still not quite there. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Funny enough, it is something I have tried myself with Carrara. Sorry, don't have any suggestions but will say that you have got a damn site closer to realistic ice than I ever have - good job! :)

Great but not perfect...yet. Have you tried to brighten the scene up? Maybe make the background a little brighter to bring that "sparkle" to life...if this is to be water than I think it should be more transparent.
