This picture was made strictly by moonlight. Minolta Rokkor 58mm f/1.4 with short extension tube. Kodak Portra 400 print film. Exposure 16min at f/11.

Damn! There isn't much to do up there in Wisconsin this time of year! Did you bracket? Should be in range of reciprocity failure. Why the grain? Was this full frame? Neat composition!

Misha: 1) Photogrphy is what I want to do most - there are plenty of pictures that need to be made here in wisconsin this time of year. 2) I didn't bracket, I did add one stop of exposure to the incident reading that I measured on the pictured meter for reciprocity failure, though. 3) The grain is there for two reasons; one is that the image is cropped - the original framing is of the entire Luna Pro light meter, the other reson is a special post processing technique that I almost always use to some extent in my digitized images.
