Dear Rozanne, I had most of Saturday and all of Sunday off from flight training and planned on doing some studying and relaxing a bit - maybe even a couple of naps!! Instead Ive spent the whole time catching up on office stuff!! My dumb cell phone bill is probably going to be as high as the national debt!!!! Anyway - Im running a little behind on things here at Renderosity, but I hope to catch up by morning!!! While Im on vacation and doing pilot training, Im going to need to continue doing a lot of cut and pasting with just a tiny little real comment added!! Im really sorry, but I just dont have much time right now to write my usual wacko stuff! Ill be back on March 3rd!! This is really beautiful - I love the upclose look at the gear work and brass plate!! Very detailed work!!! Most guitars are not done this well - or at least the ones I see!!!! I'm going backwards in your gallery, catching up as I go...well you already know I play an instrument, but not this one: This is really a classical guitar! It has the fine metal carving of a fine-made instrument, and (for anyone who's played classical music) that elevated flourish, that sense of 'moment' that acts like an entry hall for classicists, a reminder that they're not to be too lax as they enter the room. There's the big bold "pearl" too (even though I assume it's plastic). It's nice how music weaves through your life & art; so seeing your beloved guitar is like getting to meet one of your family. Very nice, Rozie. Glad I stopped by.
