MOTTO: Of all the things I've ever lost/ I miss my mind the most... The street is upturned and blue. My mind walks on unheeding the animal on four wheels that communicate through honking sounds. The day is yesterday and the year is sometimes in the future. Marching on my mind crosses spacetime crossroads and chooses the way by the flip of the coin. Like in Amerikan Perfekt - great movie, even today, after having seen it 5 times in the past and 7 in the future I have no idea what it's all about. The street is now a lawn, coloured in a bright-dull red. The four-wheeled animals have disappeared, being replaced with four-hooved automobiles. My mind is very tired, so I ask it to take a break and start running. Better now, the pulse has reached 15 bpm and doctors pronounce me alive. A moustached lady stops me to ask the time. I tell her that tomatoes are cheaper in the west market and she thanks me. I sit up on a bench which is extremely surprising since I was laying on the ground. An old man comes and I stand down. Being polite is important, although I'm not sure what the word means. But the old man seems to appreciate it and, on closer inspection, I see he is in fact a newborn. Of course, old people walk in prams and you never see them going out by themselves. * * * Suddenly I wake up in my office and order another beer. By Jove, all this coffee is one hell of a sedative!
