I don't know why know you haven't received any comments on your image. Your robot characters are delightful. Were they created with the spline modeller and primitives? Great lighting and texturing as well.

Great job. Your textures look fantastic. It kind of reminds me of the original Star Wars when the droids were lost in the desert. Keep up the good work.

Thanks everybody. I didn't see the comments till now.Yes, they were all modeled in the spline modeler. The little guy's helmet is the same as the tall's one but with a deformer (to make it look more complicated. I'll post a new image soon with better lighting and shadows. I also added some details to the eyes to help them habe more personality.
