Description

And another in this series/style... I hope you're not getting too bored with it. Not sure if I like the sunrays though. Best not to examine the render too closely, I've cheated like you would'nt believe. Thanks for bashing that Rodent. Rob.

This is another one of your incredible scenes! Amazing! I like the light coming through, gives it even more realism. Excellent work

I tend to feel the same way about the sunrays, too. Otherwise, a fine render. I guess if anything bothers me, it is that nothing seems to be happening in the picture--or not enough. There's something a little too passive to really interest me as a viewer.

Man, that was incredibly well done. It doesn't import some defects, the important is the conception, and this is superb. The details are for perfectionists. Once again CONGRATULATIONS.

A very great picture of Science Fiction. The designs are beautiful, and the sunrays through are very good to make a little touch of realism. Awesome picture !

Hey many thanks for the input people! This message will probably never be seen by the above, I guess like me they seldom return to a render. But I should have mentioned about what I meant about cheating... If you look at the landscape the light is coming from the east, and yes the light on the tower and ship is from the west. I did try it the normal 'nature way' but it looked odd. Anyway, Tempus Fugit.

its great, and postwork or not, at the end of the day, all that counts is the final image- not how it was made.

Awesome POV - makes me dizzy! Very well composed and I always love these gigantic structures you create! I think the shaft of sunlight works beautifully and I'd never have noticed the inconsistency with the lighting if you'd not pointed it out. A great image!
