a local store is closing and I am waiting for the price to drop. it is at 20% off normal retail,but unless it drops to 30% I will stick with my Rebel xt and Fuji.if it does not drop I may get a new telephoto lens. 2 megapixels is not that much. the functions are nice. I would jump on it if it had image stabilization
