"...as we swooped in, we knew we were on the right track, but none of us knew what would happen..." Someone needs to put this on their novel cover, maybe sci-fi... because I want to read it... I love the layers of clouds. I think a magical part of your composition here is that the horizon is at a funny angle, and the inbounders are at a different, not expected angle. maybe its just me, but I feel a sense of urgency when the world is off level...Lighting seems dramatic too. nice work!
