My best idea for what it is is a japanese puzzle box, what ever it is it looks really nice..

Nice but I dont understand u'r framing! the box is about to fall out of the picture.. I would have tilted a little up, to make it a little more harmonic... Very photorealistic, Nice work!!

wow, i (try to) work with rhe terrain editor for a while but i never get such impressive results...maybe i have to try harder ???

VERY nice work. I wish I could Bryce to work for me like this, but so far it's only working against me... Oh well. It reminds me a lot of the puzzle box in Hellraiser, although, if my memory serves me correctly, it looks very different. With the style in the markings, it could perhaps be a similar puzzle box that opens the hells of some eastern religion?
